I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location is perfect, right on the main shopping street and close to the funicular and Metro. It's also within walking distance of the harbour for boat trips to the Islands. The staff were very helpful and professional, giving me good advice on where to eat and providing maps. The hotel was clean and tidy, and my room had big windows and a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. Despite its central location, it was surprisingly quiet when the windows were closed. The bed was comfy and the shower was great too.

I had an incredible stay at this centrally located hotel. Situated in the heart of the Spanish quarters, it was easily accessible and close to all the major attractions. The hotel occupies a beautiful old palace on Via Toledo and is located on a pedestrian street, ensuring a peaceful environment. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering valuable guidance and making me feel welcome. The breakfast spread was basic but satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.
The exterior of the building could use some improvements, but it is a common issue in many parts of the city.
